Coastal Durability
Powder-coated aluminum construction designed to handle humidity, salt air, and daily outdoor exposure.
Built in the American South
Fabricated in South Carolina where outdoor kitchens must perform through heat, humidity, and coastal conditions.
Architectural Powder Coating
Durable finishes designed to maintain their appearance in demanding outdoor environments.
Predictable Installation
Delivered in pre-assembled sections designed for efficient installation without a drawn-out construction project.
Delivered Ready for Installation.
Most outdoor kitchens arrive as a crate of parts and a weekend you'll never get back, or as a masonry project that owns your backyard for months. A Stono kitchen is neither.
Arrives ready to install
Finished sections, not flat-pack panels. As one customer put it: ‘I like that it comes put together and not in 50 pieces.’
Levels on real patios
Hidden internal leveling legs handle uneven pavers and bluestone. No shims, no wobble, no floating-cabinet look.
Built to live outside
Includes a closed floor system and finished panels on each side. Nothing gets in, and it looks as good from the back as the front.
Fits your appliances
Grills, griddles, fridges, pizza ovens, smokers. If it has a cutout spec, we can fit it.
The nights the whole neighborhood ends up in your backyard.
Nobody buys an outdoor kitchen for the aluminum. You're buying the Saturday where the game is on, the grill is going, and nobody's stuck inside missing it. The dinners that move outside from May to October. The house your kids' friends want to be at.

Heavy duty isn't a look. It's a spec.
The question serious buyers ask is the right one: will this still look like this in ten years? Here's why it will.
Marine-grade aluminum body
Won't rust out like plate steel or rot like wood framing. Welded construction with real weight to it, built to be the last outdoor kitchen you buy.
Architectural powder coat
The same finish class used on coastal architecture. Stands up to salt air, sun, and freeze-thaw winters without flaking or fading.
Coastal-spec hardware, standard
316 stainless steel hardware rated for salt pools and ocean air comes standard, whether your backyard is on the water or 500 miles from it.
A system, not a shell
Enclosed floors keep pests out. Internal leveling keeps it planted on imperfect patios. Countertops and storage integrate seamlessly, one-stop, from one company.
What a Stono kitchen actually costs.
You shouldn't need a sales call to learn a price. Islands come in four sizes, and the price is the price.

The questions everyone asks
How fast can I be cooking outside?
Most kitchens are ready in as little as 6 weeks from order. Because everything ships pre-assembled, placement happens in an afternoon, not over a season of construction. If you have a date circled on the calendar, tell us and we'll work backward from it.
Do I need a contractor?
No general contractor, no masonry crew, no framing. Sections arrive finished and level into place with the built-in leveling system. Utility hookups, if your layout includes gas or electric, are the one piece handled by a local pro, same as any grill line.
How long will it last?
The body is marine-grade aluminum with an architectural powder-coat finish, so it doesn't rust like steel or rot like wood. We back it with an industry-leading 7-year warranty on powder coat finishes. It's the difference between replacing a rusted-out unit every five years and buying once.
Will it hold up near the coast?
That's the environment it was engineered for. Salt air, salt pools, humidity, and freeze-thaw cycles are the design brief, not the exception. 316 stainless hardware is our coastal-spec standard, even for inland homes.
Will my appliances fit?
If it has a cutout spec, we can fit it. Grills, griddles, refrigeration, pizza ovens, smokers, ice machines. If you already own an appliance you love, bring it.
What if my patio isn't perfectly level?
Almost no patio is. Hidden internal leveling legs adjust with a simple socket, so the kitchen sits planted and true on pavers, bluestone, or decking, with no visible feet.

“We started Stono because the choice shouldn't be a flimsy kit you assemble yourself or a construction project that takes over your yard. There's a better way to get a real outdoor kitchen, and we build it.”Xavier Meier, Stono Outdoor Living
