Rinse your outdoor kitchen with fresh water weekly, wipe down surfaces and check hardware monthly, and do a deeper clean once a quarter. Then adjust that baseline for where you live: freeze-thaw climates need the plumbing handled before the first hard freeze, high-UV climates need the finish protected from sun rather than from moisture, and humid climates need airflow and drying more than they need cleaning products.
Marine-grade aluminum construction is not a certification, and it is not one alloy. It is a claim about the whole assembly: the alloy and gauge of the structure, the finish and how long it is warranted, the grade of stainless on the hardware, and the warranty term on the structure itself.
