How do I place an order?

To purchase a product, you can either order online or by phone. If ordering online, simply click "Add To Cart" for your desired item and proceed to checkout. Enter the necessary shipping and billing info and finish checking out. For orders over the phone, give us a call at (877) 800-6238; you will be given an immediate order confirmation followed by quick processing of the purchase.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to modify your order, feel free to email us at support@stonooutdoor.com and request the change at no additional cost. The difference in price will be refunded to your card or an invoice will be sent for any extra payment requirements. All alterations need to take place prior to shipment. Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

You will receive an order confirmation message at the e-mail address you provide us for each purchase. We suggest printing and keeping a copy of the email confirmation for your records. Make sure to enter your email address correctly so that you can get your confirmation properly.


How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

Production time for outdoor kitchen islands is currently 15-20 business days.

Orders will ship based on availability. We do not split shipments. For items that are in stock, some orders may be shipped on the same business day, or take up to 5 business days in rare cases. Typically orders arrive within 4-7 business days.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. 

Smaller items will be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and larger items will be handled with LTL freight services.

Smaller items will receive an email with detailed tracking information. 

The majority of our orders are shipped by third-party freight carriers and you will need to provide a valid phone number at checkout for delivery scheduling. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange delivery date and time.


What is your return policy?

Stono Outdoor Living Co. wants to make sure that you have an enjoyable shopping experience and are happy with the products you have purchased. If for some reason, a product is not to your satisfaction, we do have solutions.

Item(s) must be in an unused, unassembled condition and returned in the original packaging within 30-days of delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee any cancellations. All orders are processed, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible. If you miss the cancellation period for your order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can help you do a return or exchange.

Most items are eligible for cancellation; however, some items are fabricated specially for you and cannot be canceled once the materials are ordered, and fabrication begins. All sales are final for the following:

  • Custom made products
  • Made-to-order products

 

What if my product is damaged?

When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. Even if the box is damaged, make sure to record this on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open and check it during delivery but suspect that there is something wrong, write “suspect damage” on the receipt.

If your item(s) turn out to be damaged when opened, kindly email photos of them to support@stonooutdoor.com so we can file a claim and process a replacement or refund.

Important note: To ensure adequate time and probability of successful claim against the delivery carrier, all claims must be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.
