Partner Program - Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Stono Outdoor Partner Program (“Program”) is subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   

• Open only to licensed professionals actively engaged in the design and build industry (architects, designers, builders, contractors, etc.).
  

• Dealers and showrooms are not eligible.
  

• A valid business license, Tax ID/EIN, and active business website or portfolio are required.
  
  

2. Rebates
   

• Rebates apply to product purchases only and exclude taxes, shipping, and installation.
  

• Rebates are calculated on the net purchase price (after discounts, returns, and credits).
  

• Rebates are paid quarterly (March, June, September, December) by check or ACH within 30 days of quarter close.
  

• Partner must be tied to the project at the time of order (listed on quote or purchase order) to qualify.
  
  

3. Net Terms
   

• Net terms may be extended on approved accounts and are subject to credit approval.
  
  

4. Installation Revenue
   

• Partners may contract directly with their clients for installation services.
  

• Stono Outdoor is not responsible for installation quality, labor, safety, or liability.
  
  

5. Program Participation
   

• Stono Outdoor reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation in the Program at its sole discretion.
  

• Providing false or misleading information, or misuse of Program benefits, may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid rebates.
  
  

6. Changes
   

• Program terms, benefits, and requirements may be modified or discontinued by Stono Outdoor at any time without prior notice.
